Efficient customer service👍 After placing an order on Sunday September 10, I was contacted on Monday morning by a customer service person who informed me that the chosen model of shorts was out of stock. Thanks to his good advice, I chose another equally nice model and my delivery arrived Wednesday September 13th late in the morning. Conclusion: super fast and efficient.

Pros: - First order was Ok, and I was satisfied with the quality of the product - A notification mail was sent when my order was out of stock and refund was offered at the time Cons: - Delay with the order because it is out of stock. Stock management seems to be a recurring issue regarding other comments to be found about the shop. - While the product was out of stock, I have sent an email to confirm the size of the product but no answer was ever given. - While the size guide has been religiously followed to pickup the size of the product, the final size at shipping was way too big. The product was not used and not cleaned but the customer support refused an exchange (not a refund, just a size change) because the "original packaging" was missing, despite me offering to repackage at their conveniance. - No answer was given to my last email after 11 days. - I found the overall communication to be crude and obtuse and not customer satisfaction oriented. In conclusion, the products may be of good quality, but poor customer service and stock management unfortunately ruined my experience with Hadjimé.

To avoid, not serious at all, I ordered a kimono which was to be delivered express and still nothing in 15 days. I ordered a lot of combat sports clothing from other sites, particularly those located abroad, and the lead time was not as long. Store that doesn't know how to manage its stocks, too disappointed. You might as well buy the items directly from the supplier, don't be fooled!

Order placed on November 11, one of the items had a one-week delay, and the others in stock. I receive a message to confirm that the item under delay will delay my order by 2 to 5 days. A month later still nothing received and the customer service does not deign to respond to my messages to tell me what is going on... Breakups can happen, and deadlines can be extended, this is understandable, but leaving the customer without news, especially when the latter writes to you, is less so!
